In 1992 he earned his Captains License and has not looked back. Chasing his dream of living a fishing lifestyle, he has fished in exotic locations, successfully competed in Big Tournaments and has brought all of these experiences to his successful charter business. Based out of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina since 1995, Captain Marc has owned and operated the very successful REELIN Charters. His experience fishing local waters is 2nd to none. As a top Captain in the Lowcountry he has won several tournaments (see below) including FLW Professional Kingfish Tour events. He is the only 3 time winner of the Hilton Head Harbor Wahoo Shootout. He brings his success on the tournament trail and his international fishing experience to his charters. The result? A fishing trip you'll never forget. He knows where the fish are!
Captain Marc is also the SC WAHOO SERIES TOURNAMENT founder, SC largest saltwater tournament, based in Hilton Head Island with weigh-in stations also located in Mt. Pleasant, SC and Georgetown, SC. Now in its 8th year the tournament is well known for its exciting finishes and top winnings. (Read the article below for more information)
Charter fishing has become a large part of family vacations on Hilton Head Island. Captain Marc realizes the importance of sharing time on the water with family - young and old alike! A day on the water with REELIN Charters will have you talking about your fishing trip years from now. In the words of Captain Marc Pincus....LESS XBOX AND MORE TACKLE BOX!
Captain Marc Pincus has been a notable, professional fishing guide for over 20 years. He has fished a multitude of tournaments from in-shore Redfish to backbreaking off-shore Marlin. Captain Marc spent a large part of his youth fishing with his dad sparking his passion for life on the water and catching monster fish. At the young age of 15 Marc began his boating career as 3rd mate on a party boat. Working summers he quickly worked his way up to 1st mate on a private charter boat.
